Production Timeline
Because each garment is made to order through our production partner, please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment. This is in addition to the shipping transit time noted below. We do not hold pre-made inventory — your order is created specifically for you, which means it takes a bit longer to deliver than a standard retail purchase.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer multiple shipping options for orders within the United States:

Transit times begin once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Total delivery time = production time + transit time.

We ship to 28+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier. We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express.

International transit times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Carbon & Cotton is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs authorities.
Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because every Carbon & Cotton garment is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
